River, mountain and forest make the Mont Saint-Hilaire Biosphere Reserve an exceptional area. It contains the largest concentration of old-growth forests in southern Quebec, along with several species of plants, mammals, birds and reptiles, more than sixty of which are rare or threatened in Quebec. In this section, you are invited to explore some of the places that shape this unique region. Hop on your bike, lace up your hiking boots, or just use your mouse to admire the region.
