The Mont Saint-Hilaire Biosphere Reserve has rich agricultural diversity. There are a number of local and artisanal products. The region is known for its apple orchards, but you will also find productions of small fruit, honey and maple products, as well as various livestock farms, and the production of cheese and dairy products.
